Last week was the dress rehearsal for our tour in Kreuzviertel in Munster instead. The eat-the-world team from Berlin was there to hone the team from Münster to the last detail. The premiere tour of the Cross neighborhood in Munster is incidentally take place this Saturday at 11:30 clock and from then on we explore the cross quarter Fridays and Saturdays at 11.30 clock. Today we give you a little insight into the new culinary city in Cross district leadership in Münster and tell of our rehearsal in Munster.
Our culinary tour of the city of Münster Kreuzviertel starts at the Überwasserkirche in the western city of Muenster. After a brief introduction to Münster story is then already on the first culinary highlight. The first hunger will be satisfied in a traditional fish restaurant with a tasty and special fish spear. After leading us Maren, license partner of eat-the-world in Münster, further into Kuhviertel. We feast on the city of Münster and students are surprised that Westphalian delights here and wait for us there. It goes into a full-value restaurant and a brewery history, past hidden backyards, for Maren has personal stories to tell.
Slowly we approach through parks and romantic flower meadows cross the district. Previously, there were the wealthy citizens of Jugendstil buildings of the 19th Century. Today the Cross district is the private residence of young families and students. Continue along tree-lined paths to a cozy Art Nouveau café whose quiche we can all enjoy that in bright sunshine. In a nice atmosphere itself Münster always learn new things about the history and development of their city and get to know their home in a whole new way. After delicious pizza and Westphalian stew the tour ends with a sweet highlight, there is a chocolate brownie for dessert.
Saturated with all kinds of delicacies, head full of new stories and anecdotes of the Berlin team travels back to the capital.
