Walking Tour Bonn Old Town: Multicultural “it” neighborhood with charm
Join us on a culinary journey through Bonn’s picturesque Old Town and stroll the lively quarter which originated as an artisans’ quarter in the 19th century, but later developed into a meeting place for the left-wing alternative scene. Today, the area encompasses a multicultural and popular neighborhood which is full of life.

The Old Town neighborhood is particularly popular with students and partygoers, but it is so much more than its thriving nightlife scene and numerous bars, and the area between Kölnstraße, Breite Straße, and Adolfstraße begs to be explored. Here you will find the heart, soul, and history of Bonn’s Old Town, not to mention lovingly homemade cakes alongside creative, modern cuisine, and traditional Turkish pastries.

Explore the diverse, individual, and creative haunts of the neighborhood and learn more about the history of the quarter, including fascinating stories from the times of the Romans in Bonn. Discover the avenues that bloom into magnificent flowery oases in the Spring and update your bucket list as you check off the spots that everyone should visit at least once in their lives. Come and experience the Old Town of Bonn!
