Walking Tour Munich-Altschwabing: Not a district, but a lifestyle!
We walk through this picturesque, lively district, which has shaped the expression "Schwabinger Bohème" through its exciting past. Experience the former village in front of the big gate. Schwabing was the most famous artistic quarter of the empire, for a long time the most liberal place in Germany. Find out why Schwabing was a pioneer in technical terms. This district, much older than Munich itself, was and is an expression of a sense of life.

Explore with us this lively district: our tour guide will provide you with entertaining stories about the history and life in Schwabing. The whole thing is rounded off by culinary delights.

You will find an exciting range of culinary stations on your tour, such as:

  • a bakery with wood oven eco-quality from Bavaria
  • Orient meets Schwabing - varied, fresh cuisine
  • a combination of chocolate and florist craftsmanship
  • vital wraps
  • Bavaria's best currywurst

For most, the food samples are enough to constitute a full lunch. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, diabetic etc). We will try to tailor our tour accordingly.
Please Note: The tour is not suitable for vegans, people with lactose or gluten intolerance, or those with nut allergies.
