Once located right in front of one of Hamburg's city gates the former shabby district has become one of the most popular spots of the city.
Where prostitutes, sailors and workers once lived is today an innovative gastronomic scene with varied cultural offerings. Starting at the famous Millerntor-Stadium along a colorful living area past the Reeperbahn you will have then the most impressive view over the harbor of Hamburg.
Learn more about the constantly increasing living costs in a district that was once considered one of the poorest in Germany. On our walking tour you will learn more about the exciting development and get an insight into the daily life of the locals living in St. Pauli.
