City Tour Berlin-Wedding: From an Workers' District to Creative melting pot
Once a working-class district with tenements and factories, Wedding has become an interesting melting pot of different nations and a creative scene. Take a closer look behind the facades of the quarter and discover what the Wedding has to offer, both culturally and culinary.

"Real" Berliners live here with people from all over the world, students and artists. This colorful mixture gives Wedding its own charm and new creative ideas are implemented all the time.

During the tour you will learn more about the history and the culinary development of Wedding. Try specialties from many different countries. Get to know and love Wedding through food.

You will find an exciting range of culinary stations on your tour, such as:

  • a French bistro
  • an Austrian cafe
  • a Butcher's shop
  • an African diner
  • a shop with Turkish specialties
  • a Taiwanese restaurant

For most, the food samples are enough to constitute a full lunch. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, diabetic etc). We will try to tailor our tour accordingly.
Please Note: The tour is not suitable for vegans, people with lactose or gluten intolerance, or those with nut allergies.
