Walking Tour Hanover-List: Breathtaking, green and bourgeois
Our tour starts in "Little Paris," the Wedekindplatz, which earned its name from its dreamy atmosphere. Moving on, we stroll through the large shopping street, the heart of List – the Lister Mile – to see a visionary baker.

Follow the traces of what used to be a farming village as it developed into an influential industrial area. Our path takes us factories and magnificent buildings with the most beautiful Jugendstil facades. Discover the culinary and cultural side of Hanover-List and take a glance behind the scenes - it's worth it.

During the Hanover-List tour, you’ll learn about the city’s history, architecture and diverse entertainment offerings. You’ll sample a variety of culinary specialties, and be given recommendations to specially-selected restaurants. Join us and get to know Hanover through its food, culture, and people.

Delicious food samples from:

  • a cake paradise
  • a cozy café & restaurant
  • a traditional family-operated ice cream parlor
  • a butcher shop
  • a kitchen museum with fresh cuisine
  • a first-rate Indian eatery
  • a relaxed coffeehouse

For most, the food samples are enough to constitute a full lunch. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, diabetic, etc.). We will try to tailor our tour accordingly.
Please Note: The tour is not suitable for vegans, people with lactose or gluten intolerance, or those with nut allergies.
