The transition from summer to autumn came sooner than expected, making this year many of us feel schaffen.Wir tired, listless and unmotivated. Light into darkness

Green vegetables provide many vitamins and special nutrients, which are our body's defenses, especially in the dark season of enormous importance. Nuts, dairy products, whole grain bread and dried fruit make you fit to supply minerals (especially magnesium stimulates the nervous system) and support the production of endorphins. Tip: Energizing and warming spices work well! Spice up your dishes with aromatic and spicy as chili, cinnamon, Karadmom, ginger and horseradish on. These spices stimulate the digestion, which makes hearty dishes in autumn and winter, more digestible.

Color Therapy
Colors affect our well-being. Orange and yellow lift the mood, red warm on cool days and brings power, Green makes cheerful, refreshing and has a balancing effect. Select the colors that make you feel good in clothes, and food in the apartment. Great for autumn blues are also citrus fruits: They pop up in a refreshing feel-good colors, provide healthy vitamin C, and also makes her happy scent.
