This week is the official calendrical beginning of spring. What could be better than to think about spring recipes and seasonal vegetables? The short but crisp winter is over and asparagus, lettuce, spring onions and Co. from the region slowly fill the markets and the lunch tables in German kitchens.

Once again opens its doors to the Leipzig Book Fair for bookworms. Of 15 to March 18, 2012 turns at the Leipzig Book Fair is all about reading the topic, new media and the 15 nominees authors and their works.

On the 6th March starts again the world's largest tourism fair in Berlin. Two years ago, our team of eat-the-world was also one of the party. At that time we had the springboard competition won in 2009 and were allowed to be close to the tourism fair here, imagine and culinary allure.
